With the weather getting better, we have been climbing outside more the last few weeks, and I have noticed a difference in my climbing - my strength, my flexibility and my body awareness. I have also had pain in my calves for the last few years due to plantar fasciitis; this last weekend, on climbs that have aggravated my calves in the past, I felt nothing. “Incredibly supportive, highly skilled, very very easy to follow - with different options depending on what you can manage that day. I like her grounded and calm way of teaching which is like a coach, rather than just an instructor. By that I mean she really gets you engaged and it's like you want to be as good as her, but in a way where also you feel so supported regardless of your own skills. She is very kind and encouraging. I also love the fun positions- very creative. Health is really important to me as a Nutritional Therapist and so Tiffany & Climbflow is a big part of my daily wellness practice. And as a climber, I had been searching the universe for yoga aimed at climbers...so I am in heaven! My body is much stronger and more flexible since starting Climbflow. I highly recommend to anyone - even non climbers. Especially if very relaxed yoga just isn't quite your thing and you prefer something to get your blood pumping, muscles working and flexibility increased! Having said that, her teaching style still bears in mind that exercise should not be hectic...a kind of 'intensely grounded' experience. ”

I wouldn’t really call myself a ‘climber’ (because I am fairly inexperienced) but I am a practicing yogi and it’s been wonderful to discover a different kind of flow. It’s been really fun to work on my strength during these lockdowns, and hopefully when I get back on the wall I’ll be able to put into practice what I’ve learnt from ClimbFlow. The ClimbFlow programme has been super beneficial for my mobility, strength and flexibility. I feel far more secure and strong in my body thanks to the programme focusing on all three! Even after completing one class I feel so energised. I can’t wait to see the programme grow even further because Tiffany’s teaching is clear and motivating, and she remains so damn calm throughout the whole practice (this is for sure the motivating part - #breathe!!!) “The ClimbFlow classes have been such a saving grace in the pandemic. My climbing gym has been closed for a year now and these classes have helped me maintain my strength. They also helped me build the strength to jump into other at-home exercise classes like Barre, HIIT, and Pilates with so much more ease than I would have been able to do before I'd completed the training schedule. I'm doing classes now that I would not have thought I was capable of doing a year ago. For reference, I completed the intermediate training schedule as laid out and then did all 4 classes per week for another few months, and I continue to add them to my weekly routine here and there. I was modifying a lot at first and then at the end was able to do each class as is with no modifications or breaks! I felt so much more stable in my core after doing the initial program. My balance has improved, and I can't wait to get back on the climbing wall to see how my new core stability impacts my climbing after I regain my arm and finger strength! Thanks Tiffany. What it does offer is a program that's functional, tested, personalizable, flexible, scalable, and easy to commit to on any level. The actual content of ClimbFlow is high quality. Recording quality and playback options are fantastic. The efficient yet detailed 2-15 minute "form demonstration" videos for archetypical exercises are something I will continue to return to time after time for cues and comparisons. The signature class is modifiable for exercise selection, scheduling/frequency, and time. I found even completing half of the hour long session to be greatly beneficial - and the whole thing truly had me sweating and moving. The upper and lower body classes can be worked in around one's usual climbing, cardio, or strength training routine without sapping your energy, but still adding benefit. I find these easier to commit to and more focused than the signature class. Restore and Rebalance is where I spend most of my time, and fitting this restorative practice into my evening routine has calmed my hyperactive mind and chronically spastic body both! Sleep is much easier to come by. If you take advantage (I would highly recommend you do) of a personal consultation with Tiffany, she will even recommend a personalized weekly schedule for how to fit these various "parts" into a cohesive "whole" to best complement your existing lifestyle and goals. If you don't, you still receive included multiple PDF examples of how you can "split" the work/routine over the days - another tangible benefit that pays for itself! The website interface and video library alone is highly intuitive and free of bugs and performance issues. Tiffany clearly invested great care and time into finding a powerful and reliable technical solution - something that is missing from so many websites and even online educational programs today. The video viewer has settings for resolution and even play speed adjustment - the ability to view physical demonstrations at half or even quarter speed is an oft-missing feature, without which learning a new skill or following along could quickly become frustrating. I can't describe how happy I was that this comes standard. The value of my one-time purchase of the full program was clearly met and paid for itself quickly. Lifetime access to a training program (or even software) of any kind without a monthly fee is now an almost non-existent concept. I greatly appreciate having this option in this day and age. All in all, this program is what I direly needed in times of COVID gym closures and a new diagnosis of chronic pain. Even without these complications, I think any climber, yogi, athlete or newbie would find ClimbFlow Fit a truly different offering in the vast and often overwhelming world of online health and fitness programs.”
